Powertrac Euro 30 Star 2WD Price October 2026
The Powertrac Euro 30 Star is a 30 HP-category compact tractor with a documented 1840 cc engine and 25.5 HP PTO output. This card covers the 2WD version shown in the factory brochure, not the separately dimensioned 4WD version. Its 1000 kg hydraulic rating gives a useful comparison with smaller compact tractors, provided the actual attachment is approved.
Compare lift and PTO as separate requirements
The brochure and current page agree on 1000 kg lift, 25.5 PTO HP and an 8-forward, 2-reverse constant-mesh gearbox. A powered attachment must satisfy both its power requirement and its loaded hitch requirements. More lift than the 750 kg G-Series rating does not automatically mean a full sprayer with a long overhang is suitable. Ask the supplier to check the complete loaded setup and ballast.
Keep the two drive versions apart
The brochure's 2WD/4WD dimension entry lists 1640/1675 mm wheelbase and 1355/1445 kg weight in that order. Its overall-width figures are 1350/1360 mm. We use the first, 2WD specification here. The model page includes a 4WD front-axle entry, so it should not be used alone to identify a 2WD offer. Match the invoice, actual front axle and supplied manual before delivery.
Resolve the engine-cylinder disagreement
The linked Star-series brochure identifies two cylinders for Euro 30, whereas the current product table says three. Both identify the same engine capacity elsewhere, but that does not settle the cylinder count. We have left the cylinder field blank and disclosed the difference. A dealer should confirm the offered engine specification in writing rather than asking you to choose whichever website number seems preferable.
Ask for the real clutch and PTO package
The brochure and detailed web table say single clutch; promotional text on the same page advertises dual clutch and multi-speed/reverse PTO. The detailed PTO row lists 540/540E. Those descriptions need reconciliation for the delivered unit. Ask for a demonstration and the applicable manual instructions, and do not treat dual clutch or reverse operation as guaranteed equipment from a banner alone.
Use it as a matched garden-and-transport candidate
For inter-cultivation, check the actual tyre setting, attachment width and headland rather than only engine power. For produce transport, trailer approval and braking requirements remain separate from the hydraulic rating. The documented 30-litre fuel tank is capacity, not a fuel-economy result. Compare a correctly specified 2WD Euro 30 with compact 4WD alternatives against the real route, ground conditions and implements, without assuming either drive layout wins every job.
Indicative India price
TractorKarvan, checked on 11 October 2026, lists a range of ₹5,03,000–5,26,000 ex-showroom for this named drive variant. This is an indicative India-wide listing, not a district-specific on-road quotation or proof of stock. Confirm the supplied tyre and equipment package, then request applicable insurance, registration, delivery and accessory charges separately. A price listing does not resolve the specification differences noted here.
Sources and ownership checks
The Powertrac India model page and linked factory brochure, including its model-specific table, were checked on 11 October 2026. Ask the authorised dealer for the delivered specification, operator orientation, service schedule, parts availability and written warranty terms. No fuel-use measurement, field trial or guaranteed work rate is claimed here.
