That engine identity matters: older Samraat listings frequently describe a different displacement. Match the engine plate and brochure before comparing quotations or ordering service parts.

A narrow machine still needs a complete route check

The linked brochure gives 910 mm overall width, 2315 mm length and a 1456 mm wheelbase. For inter-row work, start by measuring the tightest gate and the implement’s external width. VST lists 13.4 PTO HP separately from the engine category. The single-speed PTO entry is 540 rpm at 1900 engine rpm. The hydraulic entry is 750 kg with automatic draft and depth control and Category I linkage. A mounted implement also needs suitable geometry, approved ballast and acceptable loaded overhang. The TractorGuru VST list has advertised MT 171 DI price references, while older descriptions use a different engine specification. A current quotation tied to the 857 cc unit and its steering option was not established in this review. Price is therefore left open rather than attaching a legacy figure to this configuration. Request the ex-showroom price and applicable on-road charges separately in rupees, with district, equipment and validity date.
