It is worth considering when the buyer needs a compact tractor and wants to assess four-wheel drive for a specific orchard or inter-row operation. Engine and controls to inspect

Captain’s product table lists 22 HP, three cylinders, 952 cc, water cooling and 3000 rpm rated speed. The page identifies oil-immersed brakes, a differential lock, ADDC hydraulics and side-shift gear controls. Side shift describes lever placement; it does not by itself prove a synchronised gearbox or permission to change gears under load.

Ask the dealer to identify the ordered gearbox and show its speed chart, rather than copying every portal specification into the order. Also request the PTO setting and hitch rating for the actual build.
